Tecido Global is a pure B2B company. We partner exclusively with
businesses — HR teams, marketing departments, procurement heads, and
management offices — to deliver gifting solutions at scale. All
engagements are relationship-driven, with a dedicated account
manager for every client.
Where is Tecido Global based? Do you serve clients outside Mumbai?
Our corporate office is located in Mumbai. However, we serve clients
across India and have successfully executed gifting programs in
Singapore and the UK as well. Whether your team is in Delhi,
Bengaluru, Hyderabad, or across multiple cities, we can manage
consolidated or split-delivery orders seamlessly.

Do you offer eco-friendly or sustainable gifting options?
Yes. We offer a curated range of eco-conscious gifts including jute
and canvas products, bamboo items, recycled material merchandise,
plantable stationery, reusable drinkware and NGO products. If your
company has sustainability commitments or ESG reporting obligations,
we can help you curate a fully green gifting programme.
Can I get a physical catalogue or product samples before placing an order?
Absolutely. We share digital catalogues specific to your budget and
occasion. For shortlisted products, physical samples can be arranged
— timelines and charges for samples vary by product category and
will be communicated upfront by our account manager.
Do you work with specific brands or can you source products from brands of our choice?
We work with a wide portfolio of both domestic and international
brands. If you have a preference for a particular brand or product,
share it with us and we will do our best to source it. We offer
products from premium brands or make to order, curated and branded
as per your requirement.

Can gifts be customized with our company logo and branding?
Yes — branding and customization is central to what we do. We
support logo printing, embroidery, engraving, sublimation, and other
embellishment techniques depending on the product. Our in-house
design team will guide you on the best approach for each product to
ensure clean, professional brand representation.
We don't have a design ready. Can Tecido Global help create one?
Yes. If you have a concept or brief, our design team can develop
artwork for you. If you're starting from scratch, share your brand
guidelines (logo files, colours, fonts) and we will create designs
ready for your approval before production begins.
What file formats do you need for logo and design submissions?
For best results, please share vector files in AI, EPS, CDR or PDF
format. High-resolution PNG or JPEG files (minimum 300 DPI) are also
accepted for most applications. For specific branding techniques
such as embroidery or laser engraving, our account manager will
advise on the preferred format.
Can individual gifts within a bulk order be personalized with employee names?
Yes, we can personalize individual items with employee names,
employee IDs, or custom messages — ideal for onboarding kits,
recognition gifts, and milestone awards. This is subject to minimum
quantities and requires a data file with recipient details. Discuss
your requirement with our team to plan timelines accordingly.
Can we see a digital mockup before production starts?
Yes. We provide digital design mockups for approval before any
production is initiated. No items go into production without your
written sign-off on the final artwork. For critical orders, physical
samples can also be arranged at an additional cost.

How do I place an order with Tecido Global?
Our ordering process is simple and relationship-driven:
- Step 1 — Reach out via our website, email, or phone with your requirement.
- Step 2 — A dedicated account manager contacts you to understand your brief: occasion, budget, quantity, and timeline.
- Step 3 — We share product recommendations and a digital catalogue shortlist.
- Step 4 — Design mockups are prepared and shared for approval.
- Step 5 — On confirmation and advance payment, production begins.
- Step 6 — Quality-checked goods are packed and dispatched with tracking details.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product category. For most items, the MOQ starts at 50
units. Our account manager will communicate the applicable MOQ when
sharing product recommendations.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing orders at least 15–20 working days in advance
for standard gifting requirements. For festive season orders
(Diwali, New Year, etc.) or large-volume bulk requirements, we
advise connecting with us 4–6 weeks ahead to ensure timely delivery.
Rush orders can sometimes be accommodated — contact us to check
availability.
Can I modify my order after it is placed?
Modifications can be accommodated prior to design sign-off and
before production begins. Once production has started, changes may
not be possible as items are custom-manufactured for your order. We
encourage clients to confirm all details carefully before sign-off.
Do you accept partial shipments or phased deliveries?
Yes. For large orders, we can arrange phased delivery schedules —
for example, delivering to multiple offices in stages or releasing
inventory in batches aligned with your employee joining calendar.
This can be planned upfront with your account manager.

How is pricing determined for corporate gifting orders?
Pricing depends on the product category, quantity ordered, type of
branding/customization, packaging requirements, and delivery
specifications. Volume ordering typically offers better per-unit
pricing. We always aim to offer competitive pricing without
compromising on quality. Contact us with your brief and we will
share a detailed quotation.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Higher order quantities attract better pricing. We also offer
preferential rates for repeat clients and long-term corporate
gifting partnerships. Speak to our account manager to understand the
pricing tiers applicable to your order.
What payment terms do you follow?
For orders in India, Standard payment terms are 50% advance payment
to confirm the order and balance 50% before delivery. All terms will
be clearly stated in the quotation / proforma invoice.
Payment needs to be made to Verde Tecido Global LLP bank account within 48 hours of receipt of proforma invoice or tax invoice as the case maybe.

Do you provide GST-compliant invoices?
Yes. Tecido Global (VERDE TECIDO GLOBAL LLP) is a GST-registered
entity and all invoices are fully GST-compliant. Our GSTIN is
27AAZFV9492L1ZP. We are also MSME-registered (UDYAM-MH-33-0649603),
which may be relevant for vendor registration purposes at your
company.
Are there any hidden charges we should be aware of?
No hidden charges. Our quotations clearly break down product cost,
branding/customization cost, packaging, and shipping charges. Any
additional requirement that arises will be communicated and approved
before being billed.

Do you deliver across India?
Yes. We have a pan-India delivery network and can ship to individual
addresses, office locations, warehouses, or multiple delivery points
across the country — including Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
Can gifts be shipped directly to our stores / outlets?
Yes. We can ship directly to all your offices / stores / outlets
across India — ideal for remote and distributed teams. You will need
to share a delivery data file with recipient names and addresses.
Our team handles all logistics, tracking, and escalations.
Do you offer international delivery?
Yes. We have experience delivering to outside India and can
accommodate international shipments depending on the product type
and regulatory requirements. Kindly share your international
delivery requirement and we will assess feasibility, timelines, and
costs.
How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details with
your designated point of contact. For large multi-location
deliveries, we share consolidated dispatch reports. Our team
proactively follows up on delivery status and resolves any transit
issues on your behalf.
What happens if gifts are damaged during transit?
We take full responsibility for goods damaged in transit. In the
event of damage, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with
photographs of the damaged items and packaging. We will arrange for
replacement or resolution promptly. Quality checks are conducted
before dispatch to minimise such occurrences.
