Branding and Customization

Screen Rubberized Printing

The oldest technique of printing. In screen printing artwork is screen printed onto fabric using PVC or Rubberized inks. We use only premium inks for best quality and long life of the print.
Products: This technique of customization is done on t-shirt, sweat shirts, bags, caps and jackets.
Colours: Multi-colour printing is possible for colour separable artworks. No part of the artwork can have gradients, textures or graphic colour overlaps.
File Needed: - CDR, EPS, AI, etc.

Digital Transfer Printing

This printing technique is used for printing highly graphic or photographic art works onto fabrics. A digital print of the artwork is taken on a special substrate and then heat transferred onto the fabric.
Products: This technique of customization is done on tshirts, sweat shirts, bags, caps and jackets. However, this can be done only on some types of fabrics and the life of the print varies from fabric to fabric.
Colours: Fully graphic prints can be done. Even if the artwork is like a photograph, it can be created.
File Needed: - High resolution images - Ai, CDR PDF, etc.

Sublimation Printing

This printing technique is done on polyester fabrics or coating which are white or light in colour. This process of printing first involves printing onto a special sheet of paper, then transferring that image onto another material.
Products: The ideal carrier material is polyester, i.e. fabric made of plastic fibres. For optimum printing with sublimation printers, the polyester content should be at least 80%. If other materials such as cotton shirts, ceramic mugs or cell phones are used, they must be coated with polyester – as to the paint can penetrate sufficiently into these materials.
Colours: Fully graphic prints can be done. Even if the artwork is like a photograph, it can be created.
File Needed: - : CDR, Ai, PDF, etc

Embossing

Embossing is a technique, where a metal die/stamp with the desired logo is heat pressed onto leather or artificial leather, leaving an impression of the logo on the product. This called blind embossing, where the logo appears in the same colour as the product. Metal embossing can also be done in silver or gold colour.
Products: This technique is apt for leather and artificial leather products like wallets, folders, belts, etc. In genuine leather, the depth of embossing is great. But in artificial leather and in low cost leather, the embossing can only be superficial.
Colours: Only one colour artwork can be used. This will be either blind(same colour as the leather) or metallic - gold or silver.
File Needed: - : Vector format - CDR, EPS, AI, etc.

UV Printing

The artwork is screen printed onto the product. Depending on the material on which the logo is being printed, appropriate inks are used to ensure maximum quality and life.
Products: This technique of customization is done on all types of products make from plastic, wood, metal, glass, paper, leather etc. Examples of products where screen printing can be done are pens, notebooks, folders, mugs, USB, power banks, etc.
Colours: Multi-colour printing is possible for colour separable artworks. No part of the artwork can have gradients, textures or graphic colour overlaps.
File Needed: - : Vector format - Vector format - CDR, EPS, AI, etc.

Engraving

Laser engraving machines are used to engrave the desired logo/artwork onto a product. In this technique the top layer is “burned” off, thus exposing the below layer of the material, giving a depth to the logo. While laser engraving can be done directly on some products, there is also an option of engraving on a metallic foil sticker(gold or silver colour) and pasting it on the product.
Products: Laser engraving can be done on materials like wood, acrylic, glass and metal. Examples of products where engraving can be done are keychains, metal pens, trophies, metal mugs, wooden boxes, etc. For a lot of trophies, logos can be engraved on a metal foil sticker and then pasted on the product.
Colours: Only one colour artwork can be used. The logo appears in a slightly darker colour than the product. But in case of coated materials, the below layer colour will appear.
File Needed: - : Vector format - CDR, EPS, AI, etc.
